Important: All refunds for online payments are at the discretion of BG Bouquet Garden and are not automatically guaranteed. However, we are committed to being considerate and fair, especially when circumstances are beyond your control.

The guidelines below represent our standard approach, though each situation is evaluated individually based on timing, circumstances, and our ability to accommodate changes.

Cancellation Policy

Please Note: The following guidelines represent our standard approach to cancellations. All refund decisions for online payments remain at the discretion of BG Bouquet Garden, though we strive to be fair and considerate of circumstances beyond your control.

24+ Hours in Advance

Typically eligible for full refund - Cancel your visit 24 hours or more before your scheduled time for the best chance of receiving a complete refund.

Less than 24 Hours

May be eligible for partial refund - Late cancellations may receive a partial refund, depending on circumstances and our ability to fill the time slot.

No-Shows

Generally no refund - If you don't arrive for your scheduled visit without prior notice, refunds are typically not provided.

Weather-Related Cancellations

Full refund or reschedule guaranteed - If we need to cancel due to severe weather conditions, you'll receive a full refund or can reschedule at no charge.

Refund Processing

Online Payments

Important: Online payment refunds are at the discretion of BG Bouquet Garden and are not guaranteed.

However, we remain considerate of problems outside of your control and will work with you to find a fair solution.

Pay-on-Arrival Bookings

  • • No payment to refund
  • • Simply cancel your booking
  • • No processing fees involved
  • • Immediate confirmation via email

Rescheduling Your Visit

Unlimited Rescheduling

We offer unlimited rescheduling at no additional charge, subject to availability. We'd rather see you visit when it works best for you than lose the opportunity to welcome you to our garden.

How to Reschedule:

  1. Use the reschedule link in your booking confirmation email
  2. Contact us directly at info@bgbouquet.com or (555) 123-4567
  3. Visit our website and use the "Manage Booking" feature

Special Circumstances

Medical Emergencies & Family Situations

We understand that unexpected medical situations and family emergencies arise. While refunds remain at our discretion, we are particularly considerate of genuine emergencies beyond your control. Please contact us directly with documentation when possible - we're committed to finding a fair and compassionate solution.

Garden Closure

If we need to close the garden due to unforeseen circumstances (severe weather, family emergency, equipment failure, etc.), all affected bookings will receive full refunds or the option to reschedule at no charge. This is guaranteed regardless of payment method.

Group Bookings & Special Events

Large group bookings (8+ people) and special events may have different terms and refund policies. Please contact us directly when booking groups to discuss specific arrangements and cancellation terms.

Our Commitment to Fairness

While we reserve the right to make final decisions on refunds, we are committed to treating each situation fairly. We particularly consider circumstances such as: medical emergencies, family crises, travel disruptions due to weather, and other situations genuinely beyond your control.
